I named my blog Plain Vanilla because I want to create a forum for simple, plain, and honest discussions about the issues we’re all encountering due to workforce challenges or individual changes that impact our career. In the collective sense, many of us are facing unique challenges mostly due to a desire to live more fulfilled lives, but most of us these days could also be dealing with how to make changes amidst the economic crisis. It’s challenging to start fresh, whether pursuing new assignments, making career changes, or recovering from job loss, so I am looking forward to sharing my monthly installments as a labor of love.

If anything, Plain Vanilla will provide a new perspective for all of us to better experience change.
